DAY 1 / TUESDAY 15th APRIL will include OPENING CIRCLE, MINDFUL COLOUR ART, CALM BREATH MEDITATION, YOGA ADVENTURE WITH LOU, SPECIAL GUEST: WILDSONG MUSIC CIRCLE WITH CHARLOTTE, NATURE HUNT, CONNECTION GAMES, WHOLE BODY RELAXATION, REFLECTION TIME.
DAY 2 / WEDNESDAY 16th APRIL will include OPENING CIRCLE, MEDITATION BEAD CRAFT, HUMMING BEE MEDITATION, YOGA ADVENTURE WITH COCO, SPECIAL GUEST: SEWING FAIRY - SEWING PROJECTS, AUTUMN LEAF ART, CONNECTION GAMES, WHOLE BODY RELAXATION, REFLECTION TIME.
Your kids will have a glorious FUN day of tuning into their inner self, being creative, connecting with other bright minds and enjoying the mellow wind-down and inner journey that autumn herald.
